You do not have to download or print the financial registration receipt; just accept, to carry out the financial registration process. Reimbursement requests are received by email from the Administrative Vice-rectory, and they become effective once the resources are obtained from the co-financing entities.

 

In the process carried out by the University Directorate with the Ministry of National Education and the Government of Cauca, with a view to obtaining resources for the 100 percent subsidy in the financial enrollment for the period 2021-1, the students of the programs undergraduates should not download or print the financial receipt.

 

This was explained by the Administrative Vice Chancellor, Engineer Cielo Pérez Solano, indicating that the only thing that is required from the students is to mark the icon that says ‘I agree’, as a requirement to comply with this process.

 

“We have assumed from the Administrative Vice-rectory the function of downloading and printing the financial registration receipts; therefore, for this period, students should not carry out this action, only accept enrollment, which is due to an experience learned from the previous semester ”, indicated the Administrative Vice-Chancellor.

 

Regarding reinstatement requests, especially by first-semester students who have already canceled to secure their place at the university, the Vice Chancellor explained that they must carry out the re-entry process with the completion of the form that has been provided on the Lvmen page, Attach the copy of the identity document and the payment receipt, and send to the email viceadm@unicauca.edu.co

At this point, the Administrative Vice Chancellor emphasized that the reimbursement process will only be effective at the time of having the enrollment resources provided by co-financing entities such as the Ministry of National Education and the Government of Cauca.

 

The 100 percent tuition subsidy was originated at the initiative of the students, before which the University of Cauca managed resources in the National and Departmental Government to obtain this benefit, following the line of the previous semester.

 

It is noteworthy that through Superior Agreement 008 of 2021 that modifies the condition of active student at the University of Cauca, the benefits can be obtained only by completing the academic enrollment, the above in response to the process that is carried out to obtain the subsidy 100 percent in the payment of basic and complementary rights in undergraduate programs corresponding to the first period of 2021.

 

“We obtained resources from the National Government with the Ministry of National Education for 2,700 million pesos, it is being processed before the Government of Cauca through a project that has already been presented by the General System of Royalties for a value of 2,500 million pesos for 2021-1 ”, Explained the Vice Chancellor.

 

In this process, the different technical tables have been developed with the Ministry of National Education and the Government of Cauca, and we are waiting for some guidelines of the national order that regulates the DNP for the loading of the project with the adjustments in the platform, according to the regulations adjusted to the new Law of the General System of Royalties, with the purpose of obtaining 5,000 million pesos.

 

She finally indicated that the university has been managing the resources to achieve this subsidy for financial tuition for the second semester of 2021, seeking articulation with the co-financing entities.
