By Rectoral Resolution 195 of 2020, the University of Cauca summons the graduates of the different undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs to choose their representative before the Superior Council for a period of two (2) years.

 

Due to the expiration of the period, the University of Cauca, in the framework of Rectoral Resolution 195 of 2020, begins today the process of choosing the representative of the graduates before the Superior Council, for which this group of professionals is summoned to participate as candidates or electors.

 

In this sense, the registration of candidates for the Representative of the Graduates must be made by means of a letter addressed to the General Secretariat accrediting the following documents between March 9 and April 13:

 

· Physical and digital resume that includes photography

 

· Photocopy of the Identification Document

 

· Photocopy of the Certificate of Degree or Diploma

 

· The backing of his candidacy with fifty (50) signatures of unicaucanos graduates, in the format defined by the General Secretariat, in which there is express certification of the consent of the enrollee that will be understood to be granted with the signature.

 

 As part of this election, graduates of the different undergraduate and graduate programs who have not completed the registration and who wish to participate in the election, must carry out this process from Monday, March 9 to Friday, April 24, at the following times: :

 

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. at 12 m. and 1:00 p.m. at 4:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:00 a.m. at 3:00 p.m.

 

 It should be remembered that the census is the mechanism by which the graduates of the University of Cauca who wish to participate in the election of their representative must register in person at the tables that are located in the Cloister of Santo Domingo in Popayán (second floor,) and in the Casona in Santander de Quilichao, exhibiting their identity document and providing the date of the degree (day, month and year of degree and title obtained).

 

The election will be held on Thursday, May 14 by the registered graduates and the new ones between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
