University Social Service Volunteer: Enrollment Open

The Vice-President of Culture and Welfare of the University of Cauca, opened inscriptions to enter the University Social Service Volunteers program, for the second semester of 2017.

 

The University Social Service Volunteers program is an activity that allows a training process in which students in both technical, social and political fields that are articulated with the concepts described in the education mission of the University of Cauca.

First Seminar

 

Theme: Development and Integral Training

Date: Saturday, September 2, 2017

Time: 1:00 p.m. At 6:00 p.m.

 

Second Seminar

 

Theme: Lifestyle and Good Habits

Date: October 28, 2017

Time: 1:00 p.m. At 6:00 p.m.

 

Taking into account the curricular flexibility, only two seminars have been scheduled for the current semester. In this way it must be understood that both are mandatory for all volunteers.

 

The place where the seminars will take place will be reported via email.

 

Registration process

 

Fill out the single form to present your volunteer proposal. This form is in the link: http://bit.ly/2uCWa4G which to be sent will be registered automatically. (Mozilla Firefox Browser).
 

The form must be completed in full and be explicit in each of the items. (Make a single registration and place the clear and complete data / names and surnames, code, mail, among others.). Students with incomplete information will not be enrolled.

 

Cancellations will be made from the 8th to the 11th of August. We do not accept cancellations after the calendar date by email, but as a procedure for matter cancellation. To make the cancellation according to the scheduled dates, a message should be sent to the email: voluntariadossu@unicauca.edu.co - An answer will be given by email.

The induction course and the two seminars that are held during the semester are compulsory and are equivalent to 26 hours as 30% of the final mark with the SSU Volunteer Program.

 

Registration records are not accepted to be equivalent for FISH Ethics and Read-Write, as they are a Requirement.
