As we previously informed you, the Ministry of National Education, through the Technical Secretariat of the National Council of Higher Education (CESU), is in the process of seeking a new member to join the National Accreditation Council. On this occasion, we share an important update: the final guidelines have been published, following the review process of the citizen observations received.

Thus, registrations will be open from 8:00 a.m. on May 26 until 4:59 p.m. on June 16, 2025. Once this period concludes, a vacancy on the National Accreditation Council is expected to be filled, an entity responsible for ensuring that higher education institutions and programs in the country seeking to obtain or renew their accreditation meet the highest quality standards.
