Master of Interdisciplinary Studies in Development

The nature of the Master’s Program in Interdisciplinary Studies of Development is mixed.  On the one hand, the program explores theoretical and thematically, from an interdisciplinary perspective on a specific phenomenon: development. On the other hand, it has a research profile that explores the extent of knowledge from different perspectives and in different cultural contexts the many and varied problems that have been associated with the phenomenon of development.

Thus the Master's program is on four training components, which are developed methodologically in Seminars and these in turn, based on Controversial Cores:

  • Episteme and development discourses
  • Contexts and cultures
  • Practices and management
  • Research

The students can choose one of the four possibilities.
