Activities that can be performed:

1. Academic exchange: One or two semesters at the University of Cauca to be recognized by the university that he or she is coming from.
2. Internships: are mandatory educational activities involving practical content, that aim to contribute to the professional training of students by following designed programs.
3. Research projects or cooperated graduate projects: An special case where the tutoring and project direction roles are shared by two or more different institutions.  In this specific case it is required a previous subscription under an agreement.
4. Language courses: students from different foreign or national institutions may attend any of the language courses offered by the University of Cauca. (See courses)
5. Summer courses: the University of Cauca may establish extension studies of varying duration, aimed at the dissemination of cultural knowledge, artistic or technical.
