We celebrate the political will shown by this government, with the support of Congress, in advancing this reform, because it was truly a long-awaited reform, and we believe that today it is necessary to continue strengthening the state university system because, in addition, one important aspect of the law is that the ITTUs are also financed, and we did not have that before, and today they have that reassurance because they also provide a service to the country. Today is a day to celebrate, and we feel very proud that this enactment of the law is taking place here at the University of Cauca.”
