The day concluded at the Fábrica de Vinos Onofre, where, under the guidance of entrepreneur José Onofre, they learned about grape cultivation and the wine production process, strengthening their understanding of production chains and business management in real-world contexts. In addition to academic learning, the visit created spaces for integration among the students, supporting their adaptation to university life and strengthening skills such as teamwork and communication.

The activity was led by Professor Luis Ángel Meneses Cerón, from the Department of Administrative Sciences, Finance area, who guided the academic process and encouraged reflection on the practical application of cost and budget concepts. In this regard, he emphasized that, “This type of initiative allows students to confront theory with the operational reality of companies, enriching their professional training and consolidating the Business Administration Program as an academic benchmark in the region.”
