Are you passionate about photography? This call is for you. If you are an active student and love capturing unique images, take part in “Miradas de paz”, an exhibition that seeks to show how peace is lived and imagined within university spaces. Take advantage of this opportunity to tell your story or to portray the different processes of peacebuilding that emerge from The Alma Mater of Cauca.

You may submit up to three original high-resolution photographs in digital format (.JPG or .PNG), accompanied by a technical sheet including the title, location, year, technique, and a brief description of no more than 100 words.

The selected images will be part of a collective exhibition in Bogotá and will be displayed during the activities of the IX Meeting for the Evaluation and Implementation of the Peace Agreement, “Reflections and Challenges for a Peaceful Future.” In addition, special mentions will be awarded to the most outstanding photographs based on their visual impact, composition, and originality.

The purpose of this call is to capture, through photography, the diversity, beauty, and complexity of the university environment, reflecting moments, spaces, and scenes that represent the construction of peace in the everyday life of higher education institutions.
