Citizens

Requests for information and requirements related to procurement processes (contract files).
Oversight Bodies
Copies of the document types contained in the contract files.
Contractors
Requests for the document types contained in the contract files that serve as the basis for the administrative actions of all areas, among others.
Internal Clients
Requirements for submitting requests to the Procurement Archive:
Requests will only be processed if they are submitted to the institutional email address archivoviceadm@unicauca.edu.co during the service hours established in Resolution R-859 of 2021.
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The request must include at least the following information:
- Contract number
- Year of execution
- Contractor’s full name
- ID number/Tax Identification Number (NIT), as applicable
- Clearly specify the required document types
- Requester’s email address (If physical copies of the documents are required, indicate the mailing address)
Note: If physical copies of the documents are required, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided. Once payment has been made, the proof of payment must be sent to the same email address so that the requested information can be processed and delivered.
Observation: For this information, we recommend developing an infographic or another tool that facilitates the clear and user-friendly presentation of the information to the University community and external users.
