The University of Cauca, in partnership with the Ministry of Cultures, Arts, and Knowledge, will continue the presidential program Sounds for the Construction of Peace in Zone 6, through the extension signed with validity until June 30, 2025.
This initiative benefited 25,717 children, youth, and adolescents in 2024, who participated in the pedagogical processes carried out in 225 Educational Institutions across 72 municipalities in the departments of Cauca, Huila, and Nariño, thanks to the valuable contribution of 310 training and knowledge-sharing artists.
To strengthen the program’s human team, we invite all those interested in contributing their knowledge and experience in music education to register in the Database of Training and Knowledge-Sharing Artists for the Educational Institutions that require these profiles.
