Graduate Program Certifications

Within the framework of Agreement No. 017 of 2011, the Admissions, Registration, and Academic Records Division issues the following certificates:

Certificate of Enrollment.
Semester and program grade records.
Grade records for graduates.
Certificate for consular and immigration matters.
Certificate of grade point average and class rank.
Certificate of completion of the study plan.
Certificate for registration of student candidates.
Certificates for ICETEX.

Please note:

Requests for the preparation of certificates and academic records will be received during the established service hours. They will be delivered to the email address registered on the form for undergraduate programs and in person for graduate students and graduates.
While the academic enrollment and document submission processes for admitted applicants to undergraduate programs are active, it will not be possible to issue certifications. Therefore, once these processes have concluded, certificates will be issued according to the order in which the requests were submitted.
For any certificate requested by graduates who completed their studies before 2010, the minimum processing time will be 10 business days.
For the issuance of a certificate of completion of coursework, the document will be delivered once it has been approved by the Program Coordination. Specifically, students in Law programs at the different campuses must also provide the Legal Legal Office Clearance Certificate.

Procedimiento:

1. Solicitar recibo para pago de certificado requerido en el correo electrónico de su facultad establecido por la Vicerrectoría Administrativa el pasado 15 de enero de 2021.

2. Ingresa al siguiente enlace que direcciona a la herramienta Tic disponible para radicar tu solicitud (por cada certificado debe hacer una solicitud)

3. Diligencia la información en el formulario tal como se solicita.

4. Adjunta en el formulario el recibo pagado y demás documentos solicitados, en formato PDF o JPG. El archivo debe tener como nombre su número de identificación.

5. Su certificado será enviado al correo electrónico registrado en el formulario de radicación.

Procedure:

1. Request the payment receipt for the required certificate through the email address of your Faculty established by the Administrative Vice-Rectorate on January 15, 2021.

2. Go to the following link, which directs you to the available ICT tool for submitting your request (a separate request must be submitted for each certificate).

3. Complete the information in the form as requested.

4. Attach the paid receipt and any other required documents to the form in PDF or JPG format. The file must be named with your identification number.

5. Your certificate will be sent to the email address registered in the submission form.
