IT Support and Service System (SATIS)

At the ICT Division of the University of Cauca, we are committed to the continuous improvement of our processes in order to provide high-quality and efficient services. With this objective in mind, we have adapted the processes of the ITIL framework to manage technical support for the University’s Information Technology (IT) services. This initiative is designed to enhance the operation of the Service Desk and improve support for users who rely on the ICT Division.

This service benefits all academic and administrative units, as well as the University community at large, through the implementation of open-source tools. These tools enable us to optimize response times and maintain greater control over the workflow of incoming service requests. Our commitment is to deliver an efficient, high-quality technical support experience that ensures user satisfaction.
