Start Date: Groups 1 and 2: June 9, 2026. Groups 3 and 4: August 25, 2026.
End Date: December 5, 2026.
Location:
- First academic semester: Group 1: Tumaco and Group 2: Quibdó.
- Second academic semester: Group 3: Quibdó and Group 4: Buenaventura.
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday: 8-hour daily sessions
- Modality: In-person
- Registration: Until May 15, 2026.
- Duration: 120 hours – 80 in-person hours and 40 hours of independent work
Cost: Free of charge.
Organized by: Faculty of Health Sciences.
Target audience: 90 participants divided into 4 groups: 1 group in Tumaco, 2 groups in Quibdó, and 1 group in Litoral de San Juan (Buenaventura).
Participants in this training program are community members with social recognition and a willingness to actively engage in health promotion and disease prevention processes within their territories. They possess basic literacy skills that enable them to understand training content, interpret technical guidelines, complete required records, and communicate information clearly and effectively.
