Undergraduate Program Enrollment – Second Semester 2026

Because we dream of seeing you continue building your life project at the University of Cauca, today we share with you a key moment in your academic journey. We are pleased to accompany you in the academic enrollment process for undergraduate programs for the second academic term of 2026-2, a fundamental stage for formalizing your affiliation with the Alma Mater of Cauca.

Below, you will find the information regarding the academic enrollment process, which is carried out through the Integrated Academic Enrollment and Academic Control System (SIMCA). The instructions, dates, and requirements that you must take into account to complete this procedure in a timely manner, within the established deadlines, are detailed there.

We invite you to carefully review the published information and follow each of the guidelines in order to ensure your timely admission to the University of Cauca for the 2026-2 academic term.

Who is this process intended for?

This process applies to:

– Regular undergraduate students
– Students in their second semester or beyond
– Students returning to the University

Important: First-semester students should not complete this process, as their academic enrollment is managed directly by the University.

Process Dates

– Academic enrollment: July 22 to 24, 2026
– Enrollment adjustments: July 27 and 28, 2026
– Generation of the financial tuition receipt: August 19 to 25, 2026

Enrollment Schedule by faculties

Academic enrollment is carried out exclusively through the Integrated Academic Enrollment and Control System – SIMCA, on the date corresponding to each faculty and during the time slot assigned to each student, which is established based on the academic average and notified through the system and the institutional email.

Wednesday, July 22: faculty of Civil Engineering (Includes Regionalization). faculty of Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications. faculty of Accounting, Economic and Administrative Sciences.

Thursday, July 23: faculty of Natural, Exact and Educational Sciences. faculty of Agricultural Sciences (Includes Regionalization). faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (Includes Regionalization).

Friday, July 24: faculty of Arts. faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences (Includes Regionalization). faculty of Health Sciences (Includes Regionalization).

Financial Enrollment

Once the adjustments to academic enrollment have been completed, students must calculate their financial tuition fee through SIMCA.

Payment dates:

– Potential beneficiaries of the tuition-free policy (student insurance): September 15, 2026
– Students who are not beneficiaries of the tuition-free policy: September 22, 2026
– Extraordinary payment: September 25, 2026

Failure to generate the payment receipt within the established deadlines implies assuming the full tuition amount.
