Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Group A Registration Period: May 19 to July 15, 2026
Group A Payment Deadline: July 18, 2026
Group B Registration Period: July 29 to August 27, 2026
Group B Payment Deadline: August 29, 2026
Duration: 120 hours (120 hours for Group A – 120 hours for Group B)

Cost: $200,000

A payment receipt will be sent to the email address provided after the registration process and data verification (on business days), once the minimum number of participants required to hold the academic event has been reached.

After the registration fee has been paid, refunds will only be granted for justified reasons and upon submission of a formal request using the institutional format at least five business days prior to the start date of the academic offering.
