Organizational Management

1. Organizational Planning

It is the process through which the University’s institutional strategic plans are planned and developed to guide its activities, using the established tools that operationalize the institutional guidelines.

2. Economic and Financial Planning

Process through which financial and economic resources are planned, projected, organized, and allocated to ensure their efficient and effective use, in accordance with the Institutional Development Plan and the University’s Educational Mission, in order to ensure its long-term sustainability and growth.

3. Statistical and Information Analysis

Process through which all information regarding the student population and fees is consolidated, structured, and reported to the Ministry of Education’s SNIES information system, while also coordinating all other units that are required to upload different sets of information to the Ministry of National Education (MEN), ensuring that everything is submitted by the required deadlines. It also consolidates the information for Unicauca in Numbers.

4. Physical Planning

This team plays a fundamental role in leading the appropriate, organized, and sustainable development of the University’s physical infrastructure, in line with the strategic lines established in the University Management Plan (Plan de Ordenamiento Universitario). In addition, it is responsible for managing planimetric information and carrying out interior design for the provision of furniture and equipment, as well as the interventions necessary to ensure accessibility to the various spaces. This ensures a functional, inclusive university environment adapted to the needs of the academic community.
