The Faculty’s facilities are distributed as follows: Dean’s Office, General Secretariat, Graduate Studies Office, Administrative Secretariat, Agricultural Advisory Office, Student Office, Archives, and Meeting Room for councils and committees; Coordination Rooms for the Agricultural Engineering, Forest Engineering, and Agroindustrial Engineering programs; as well as a Faculty Lounge that accommodates the faculty members of the aforementioned programs, a Study Room, an Auditorium with an approximate capacity of 200 people, a Computer Room with 35 computers and a staff member assigned to it full-time, a Graduate Studies Room for 33 attendees, and sports facilities consisting of a natural-grass 8-a-side soccer field, a multipurpose sports court (basketball, volleyball, and indoor soccer), and a multiple bars area.

In addition to a cafeteria, snack bar, library, Biotechnology Laboratory, Rheology and Packaging Laboratory, Multipurpose Laboratory, Wood Laboratory, Animal Facility, and Pilot Plants housing the seed, dairy, meat, and vegetable laboratories, the Faculty also has restrooms and a parking lot with capacity for approximately 50 vehicles, 120 motorcycles, and 20 bicycles.
