Office of Internal Disciplinary Control
About
The Office of Internal Disciplinary Control (OCDI) of the University of Cauca, attached to the Rector’s Office, exercises disciplinary authority over university employees through the Investigation Area and Adjudication Area, based on the special provisions established in Higher Agreement 024 of 2024 and the general provisions of the General Disciplinary Code – Law 1952 of 2019.
The following shall be subject to the disciplinary regime:
Disciplinary Subjects
- Public Servants: Administrative public employees, permanent faculty members, and official workers.
- Temporary faculty members, including occasional and adjunct professors.
- Private individuals performing state contract supervision or oversight duties.
- Employees of the University of Cauca Health Unit.
- Former university employees, for conduct committed during their employment.
Disciplinary Authorities
- Specialized Professional, Investigation Area, Office of Internal Disciplinary Control.
- Specialized Professional, Adjudication Area, Office of Internal Disciplinary Control.
- Rector or Health Unit Council.
