Program Description

The Specialization Program will enable participants to perform more competitively in the areas of project formulation, evaluation, and management.

The graduate program will contribute to strengthening competencies in the different process groups that make up comprehensive project management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing.

It is aimed at professionals from different disciplines who seek to complement or further professionalize their education in the various fields of knowledge covered by the specialization.

The program seeks to train professionals with the skills to manage projects throughout their pre-investment, investment, and operationalization stages; who are capable of identifying and preparing development programs and projects that contribute to national and regional progress, as well as productive projects that are competitive in the national and international markets.
